We've updated our Learning Commons Help FAQs site

To better align with the theme and content of our redesigned Learning Commons website, we've given our Help FAQs site a facelift. The goal was to create a consistent user experience between all our Learning Commons webpages by using similar language and visual elements across our website.

What’s not changing?

• The FAQ content. All of it remains.
• Ability to search across all our FAQs
• Ability to filter by Topics

What is changing?  

• The organization and appearance of the site to improve navigation
• Enhanced customization of FAQ support, grounded in the services the LC offers

What information can you find on our Help FAQs site?

A lot! We have examples to help you cite specific types of sources. We have details about what services the Learning Commons offers (printing, hours, reserves, laptop loans, etc.). We have tips on how to search our database. We have information about our tutoring and writing services. Have a question? See if we've answered it on our Help FAQs site.

What can you do if your question doesn't have an answer on the site?

Submit the question to us! We'll do our best to answer you within 24-48 business hrs.
