What We Have

The Delaware County Community College Archives are arranged into six record series:

  • Administrative Files
  • Academic Files
  • Publications
  • Campus Buildings
  • Photographs
  • Audio-Visuals

General arrangement of all archives materials:

Administrative Records: 

The Administrative Files are separated into the following categories: Governance, Financial, Faculty Topic Files, Administrative Topic Files, and Student. The Governance subcategory includes documents such as Board of Trustee meeting minutes.

Academic:

Academic files include the following: Academic Departments, memorabilia, and documents related to college organizations and activities.

 

College Publications:

Publications include items published by Delaware County Community College, faculty, and students including the academic newsletters, newspapers, literary publications, yearbooks and much more. They are available for use in the Learning Commons.

The Learning Commons welcomes donations of any issues we do not currently have. Please contact us if you have issues you would like to donate.

Campus Buildings & Facilities:

The Delaware County Community College Campus Buildings’ files include campus maps, in terms of the new STEM building, the files also includes documents, and maintenance of facilities on the Delaware County Community College Campus.

Photographs & Oversized:

The Delaware County Community College Photographs contain pictures of life at Delaware County Community College. The photographs are stored according to subject matter such as early photographs of the college history, construction time line photographs, and the new STEM building. Moreover, oversized photographs are available in the College Archives.

Audio-Visuals:

Audio-visual materials are an additional resource in the records of Delaware County Community College history. DVDs are available in the College Archives.
