Make an Appointment - Student Laptop Loan Program

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Thank you for reaching out to schedule an appointment to pickup a laptop or Chromebook. Please read the following to determine how we can best meet your technology needs.

Laptop Returns (No appointment needed for returns)

Laptops can be returned to the Learning Commons at Marple Campus or any college location (check here for hours), no appointment required. Please remember to return the bag and the charger for the device as well. This information will be logged and shared with OIT.

  • SPRING 2024 LAPTOPS DUE ON MAY 14, 2024
    All devices due back; If enrolled in Summer you can exchange for another device
  • SUMMER 2024 LAPTOPS DUE ON AUGUST 15, 2024
  • FALL 2024 LAPTOPS DUE ON DECEMBER 16, 2024
  • WINTER 2024 LAPTOPS DUE ON DECEJANUARY 15, 2025

 New Laptop Pickup Request

You may request a laptop based on your enrollment using the following schedule:

  • Enrolled in Spring 2024: Tues., Jan. 16, 2024
  • Enrolled in Spring B 2024: Thurs., Mar. 21, 2024
  • Enrolled in Summer I or 12-Week 2024: Mon., May 20, 2024
  • Enrolled in Summer II 2024: July 8, 2024
  • Enrolled in Fall 2024: Aug. 26, 2024

Use the information below to pickup a laptop. Students with financial holds on their accounts may not borrow laptops.

Location Laptop Pickup Request

Please select "Request Pickup Appointment (Branch centers only)", if you need to obtain a laptop at Downingtown, Pennocks Bridge, Southeast, or Upper Darby locations.
